You can not target fat loss in a certain body part. If you have more fat on your lower back than your abs, that is just your genetics. The only way to get rid of that fat is to lower the overall body fat percentage. You can not do a bunch of ab workouts and hope to burn fat off the midsection. The fat will be burned with cardio (in the proper THR zone) and proper nutrition.
