𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫'𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 tend to be given up in a matter of a few weeks. Rather than setting a large or vague goal, set a relatively realistic monthly goal as you would normally such as "exercising 3x a week" or "losing 5lbs this month". When the short month is over and you've achieved some results it will help give a boost of motivation to continue on in contrast to a long-term annual goal.
