๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ is what the majority of our meals in the current time period. Most of us have jobs and responsibilities to tend to and don't think about food till it's time to eat. You're so busy that you don't have the time or energy to start cooking. You're hungry now. Whatever is readily available now whether it's fast food, canned food, a ham and cheese sandwich, or even a snack out of the vending machine becomes your lunch and dinner because it is ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜. You may not want to hear it, but if you want to make a change whether it's for fitness or general health then it's time to start meal prepping. You'll spend about an hour on the weekend mass cooking a bunch of clean meals and separating them into several containers and store it in the fridge. All you got to do after that is take out a meal from the fridge, microwave it and eat. Build the habit or carrying a lunch box with a cooler and having at least a meal with you ready to go so that you don't become tempted by the devil to reach out to bad convenience.
