When you get into weight lifting, at some point you will have this insecure mindset that you're 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 or you're not toned enough. It makes you scared to do cardio or hang out with friends and maybe miss a meal. The thing is the people around you aren't judging you as much as you are thinking. It's also a common thought to have because never being satisfied with your current status is a true mindset of a champion who strives and keeps working hard for more. However, you can't be afraid to bulk because of the fear of being judged for not being ripped during that time or else you'll never get big (if you want to get big). You can't push away friends for the fear of being smaller if you miss a meal. You just have to learn to be comfortable in your own skin and be able to enjoy things in life. Finding a balance will result in a longer fitness journey.
