When you get muscle cramps the typical advice is to have a banana. What's not often realized that the superior king of ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐๐บ is an Avocado. At about 100g serving an avocado has about 485mg of potassium while a banana would have about 365mg. Not to mention 1g of sugar with an Avocado versus 12g of sugar with a banana.
