Fitness Tip of The Day: Potassium King

When you get muscle cramps the typical advice is to have a banana. What's not often realized that the superior king of ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜‚๐—บ is an Avocado. At about 100g serving an avocado has about 485mg of potassium while a banana would have about 365mg. Not to mention 1g of sugar with an Avocado versus 12g of sugar with a banana.
