-Lay off the hair products and make up, or at least take a break for a while so your skin can breathe.
-𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲: Sweat out the toxins and also control your stress hormones (cortisol)
-𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵: Lay off scrubs that will scratch up your skin. Go for foam. Go for a facial soap bar to create foam in your hands. Foam helps push out the dirt in your pores.
-𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲: Use warm water to open up the pores to let the soap do it's job but don't use hot water that could potentially do damage to your skin and also dry it out. Finish off your face washing with cold water so the pores close back in and prevents dirt from getting in.
-𝗗𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲: Pat dry rather than rubbing.
