For intermediate to advanced lifters looking to grow.

A 4-week short term program focusing on growing a specific body part the way Dragon does himself.  The programs will give you a schedule as well as the full training program for the month.  Also comes with videos and description explaining each exercise movement.

Dragon Pecs (4-Week Training Program)

In the next four weeks you will focus on building a thicker wider chest.  You can't just bench press all the time and hope you'll fill up your chest and avoid any shoulder injuries.  It takes knowledge and discipline.  We will focus on stretching the fascia in the skin to expand the chest with a pump while building to increase strength for a more intense lift.  Get Ready!


Dragon Wings (4-Week Training Program)

In this 4-Week program we will focus on building a thicker wider back that is essential in building the aesthetically pleasing wide shoulder and tiny waist appearance.
